Employees also receive weekly safety updates and are PPE trained for proper material handling, installation, equipment operation and job site safety. At Create A Space, we know success starts well before you break ground and our contracting team is here to help with your renovation or new construction. We have over 20 years of experience using the preconstruction process to learn your project goals, determine the scope of work and make sure everyone is fully prepared. Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is this principle from a construction perspective. We also use this opportunity to assemble, fabricate and deliver project materials on time and value-engineer your complex project to install division 10 specialties on budget. Familiarity with certified payroll, prevailing wage and insurance requirements ensures your project runs smoothly through the close-out and warranty process.
